Been reaaaally into Ao no Exorcist lately.
And this guy.
THIS. GUY.
omg.
I just love his character. c: His outfit is really fun to draw also, ahaha.

Well, shoot, my sense of color selection is mostly non-existant atm. |: /sob
I didn't realize how blazingly BRIGHT this was until i transferred this from one computer to another. Only gonna stick to once computer for art now. = n = I also lost all my custom brushes on SAI so lolol time to rebuild yey.
Will be drawing more Amaimon to make up for all this color burn. e v e

Sorry for the delayed reply!
I start off on a small canvas on SAI (500x500 px) for sketching. And then when i'm ready for lineart i expand the canvas to about 2000x2000 px and crop/adujust as needed. I use vector layers, so i can adjust the lines easily. After that, i fill in base colors, usually each color is on a separate layers. I make a new layer and clip it on top of each color layer for shading. When i'm done with everything, i export it to photoshop so i can do some last minute effects/texture/patters/etc; (:
